Ericaceous Compost

Produced using 100% natural Ericaceous loam, Composted Pine & Spruce Bark Fines together with Sustainable Peat.
Suitable for growing plants which require a low pH such as Rhododendrons, Azaleas, Camelias and Heathers as well as many others. 
Ideal for reducing the pH in alkaline soils closer to neutral, which is preferred by a wide range of plants, vegetables and fruits.
This product is frequently used as a dressing or mulch as Ericaceous Compost will help to maintain a lower acidic pH.

With a pH typically between 6.4 and 6.6, our Ericaceous Compost is sustainably sourced and is high in organic matter, nutrients and minerals, helping to promote microbial activity and encouraging strong, healthy, root and plant growth.
